Experience: 1 to 2 years
Abilities:
§ Work on PHP frameworks
§ Work on CMS (optional)
§ Experience in Ajax, JQuery, & Smarty
§ Exposure to Web 2.0 and other web standards
§ Good command over English
Role & Responsibilities to achieve timely delivery with high quality:
§ Requirement analysis & understand client need
§ Communicate with team members for knowledge sharing
§ Database design
§ Programming using standard framework
§ Technical Documentation
§ Unit testing
§ Sr. Developer must be able to guide team members to achieve goal
towards on time delivery with quality.
