Job Description
The functions as Data Analyst in the HealthAffiliates and Hexpress Affiliate network. This affiliate program involves identifying the most effective and efficient means of getting affiliates to activate and monetize traffic. Specifically, work involves working with an interdisciplinary team of affiliates, brand managers and affiliate managers with expertise in various methodological and content areas
Responsibilities:
Affiliate Reporting
*
Perform complex data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standing affiliate executive/manager request
*
Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
*
Develop weekly reporting for the 2 networks to show traffic and sales conversion ratio
*
Work with web analytics to understand report the dynamics back to the affiliate team
*
Analyse and develop a commission payment spreadsheet
*
Affiliate commercial analysis by country
*
Budget analysis and campaign analysis/planning
*
Create a central reporting system to be distributed both to top management and affiliate managers/executives
*
Pricing matrix analysis
*
Syntryx analysis/creative analysis
Merchant/brand Relations responsibility
*
Build a database of each brand performance (Traffic, sales etc)
*
Manage super affiliate reporting
*
Develop a robust reporting system for the P&L (profit and loss) of each brand
*
Work directly with AR (Affiliate reporting executive) to develop tracking, testing, monitoring, reporting, and technological integration with existing systems.
Product Development Responsibilities
Advise the product development manager and assist in research for any Hexpress & Healthaffiliates related to affiliate program management
Lead and participate in training website managers (especially the country brand managers) in the best practices, customs, and culture of affiliate marketing
Qualifications
*
Minimum of 1 year hands –on experience in affiliate program management
*
Document track record of successful affiliate reporting, including program performance data
*
Must possess strong knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry, including its customs, culture, and controversies plus a knowledge of commercial analysis
*
Must be good with excel spreadsheet and be able to work at a expert level
*
Good understanding of business modeling
*
Working with a good analytical and mathematical understanding
*
Must be ready to track and analyse any marketing activity from both networks
*
Be a good with an understanding of internet dynamics (CPA, CPC, CPM, CPV,CPL)
