We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Web Designer for JCTWeb.com in Ahmedabad/Gujarat.
Sr. Web Designer

Job Description:

Need Advance Designers having minimum 2 year of experience in web designing and who can work very closely with our client's needs.

Profound knowledge in graphics
Experience in logo design and illustrations
Familiar with web design and web technologies
HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Photoshop
Table less layout Design

Also,
· Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver
· XHTML and CSS
· Knowledge of Javascript frameworks (Any 1 from this list : jQuery, Prototype, dojo etc)
· Knowledge of CMS (Atleast 2 of them : Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, MovableType)
· Knowledge of Flash (basic knowledge of ActionScript)
· Knowledge about CSS Frameworks (Any 1 of : Blueprint, 960.gs, 1kbCss)
· Knowledge about Video formats and Encoding
· PDF / Brochure creation
· Ability to work by himself.

Responsibilities :
• Provide best practice support services for the systems under Enterprise Support Services (ESS) management responsibility.
• Maintain, tune and patch systems for optimum performance and security.
• Ensure changes are planned and implemented in a sound low risk manner, without creating system outages.
• Provide implementation support for Enterprise Support Services (ESS) to approved projects, when appointed to a project.
• To prepare and maintain key team support documents.
• Provide on-call support and participate in 24 x 7 roster rotation groups.
• Assist Service Management and Application teams in solving intermittent recurring problems.
• Provide solutions architecture advise (where qualified / experienced to do so).
• Provide Technical Project Management (where experience and asked to do so).
• Provide support for costing solutions (hardware, software, and implementation labour), where experienced and / or being coached in doing so.
• Escalate problems and concerns to your Team Leader and / or senior management.
SSL Support, SSL Installation Support. General PC Trouble Shooting.

Skills :
• 5+ years knowledge of WINDOWS system administration (W2K/W2K3)
• 3+ years experience of systems deployment, backup and recovery
• In depth understanding of WINS, DNS and DHCP
• In depth understanding of all aspects of networking.
• Detail management of critical support environments
• Detail management of time critical projects
• Clear understanding of Enterprise security policies
· 2+ IIS related experience.
· 2+ Hosting related Experience

* English Speaking, Wiritng and understanding ability is MUST.
