Responsibilities:
* Successful planning and follow through ensuring profitable, high quality and timely completion of projects.
* Create web applications that meet client's business requirements and vision.
* Undertake testing and debugging of applications.

* Manage the development team to get the projects accomplished within deadlines.
* Maintain appropriate skill levels in the team through regular knowledge updates.
Requirements:
* Experience of 2.5 to 7 years of working with PHP and MySQL.
* Familiarity with common open source PHP applications.
* Thorough object oriented designing and development knowledge.
* Sound knowledge of HTML, CSS, AJAX, Smarty, Java Script, and XML.
* Exposure to Web 2.0 technologies, web standards, and browser compatibility issues.
* Ability to meet client expectations within deadlines.
