JOB SUMMARY:

Our CLient is looking to hire an IT Manager to work for our Rajkot Office. She/he should have strong technical background, advanced skills in database and web programming, and a good conceptual and practical understanding of the role that IT plays in an organization. She/he will provide both day-to-day technical supports to the Team. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision, enjoys problem-solving, and is highly organized and able to be effective in an environment that often presents many competing demands.

1. Extensive experience in managing IT project life cycle through all phases.
2. Knowledge and experience in cost management, time management, risk management and integration management.
3. Experienced in IT project budget analysis, outsourcing strategies and contract management.
4. Skills in writing proposals, biding projects and winning contracts.
5. Exceptional interpersonal communicator who effectively interacts with clients and all levels of management.
6. A dynamic and hardworking with abilities to accept challenges and deliver results on schedule.
7. Creative thinker whose ideas have directly increased profitability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide technical support to staff in the Rajkot offices and those working from other locations.
2. Communicate with clients for project requirement, work allotment to team (Programmers, Designers, Developers, and SEO Analysts), monitoring their work and finally sending update to client.
3. Handling And Monitoring All Departments (iPhone Dept., PHP Dept., Asp.net Dept., Web Design Dept., SEO Dept., Etc..)
4. Do strategic thinking with a growing organization on how to make the most effective use of IT to further our work and constituency;
5. Supervise contractors involved in various IT projects like Web development.
6. Administer current database server, the website, email, and any other server that might be added in future;
7. Manage user access, accounts and passwords for various applications;

REQUIREMENTS:

* Knowledge of project management tools.
* Ability to manage projects in diverse technologies related to Web, PHP, .NET and Content Management Systems.
* Knowledge in IT planning and management.
* Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration is advantage.
* Knowledge of web, mail, database servers administration is advantage.
