Currently we have urgent requirment of Team Lead / Project Lead.

* Understanding business requirements, task management and contributing in high level designing.
* Managing SDLC processes.
* Responsible for client coordination and communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions, responsible for specification building and architecture design.
* Database design, project planning, documentation & execution of project work plan and revision as appropriate, to meet the changing needs and requirements.
* Status reporting.
* Risk management .
* Metrics management .
* Managing team development by ensuring that project tasks are in line with each Innovator's career interests.
* Must have sound technical skills.
