For one of our client, a Growing IT Firm,
we are seeking a Principal Engineer with experience in development on Mobile
platforms

Position:Principal Engineer
Experience: 8+ years in C/C++/Java. 3+ years in Development on
Mobile Platforms (Android/BB/iPhone etc)
Education:
B.E./B.Tech

Requirement: Following are the skills, knowledge and experience
required

* 8+ years experience in C++ OR Core Java
* 3+ years of experience of development on any one of the mobile platforms (Android / Blackberry / iphone / Windows mobile)
* Thorough knowledge of the development tools and SDK on one of the above platforms.
* Experience in independently designing and developing mobile applications.
* Hands on experience in solving and debugging technical problems
* Good knowledge of OO concepts.
* Ability to work under pressure to meet stringent deadlines.
* Understanding of software development life cycle for medical device, pharmaceutical, or bio-pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage
* Healthcare or pharmaceutical domain knowledge is also an added advantage

Role: Following
are the key responsibilities and activities to be carried out

* Ensures that all projects progress using the established software development quality standards by participating in design, code, and test walkthroughs.
* Designs software enhancements Anticipates, communicates and manages project "show stoppers " and/or other project risks, and escalates as appropriate.
* Demonstrates exceptional written/oral communication skills to proactively communicate with the SEG team.
* Holds self and peers accountable for developing projects that are completed on time and in accordance with the development methodology and quality standards.
* Looks for ways to improve existing processes.
* Demonstrates flexibility in work assignments and work hours.
* Review of regulations across geographies and impact on business
