Job Title: `Experienced web designers cum Flash or Graphic developer'(Exp:06+months)

Required Soft Skills:
•Website Designer has to be dynamic,flexible, dedicated and responsible with
good communication skill
•may have to deal with international clients, ability to play with Flash, HTML
and CSS.
•Degree or Diploma from a recognized Institute/University
•Having Passion for creativity
•Should have a mindset for creative thinking
•Proficiency in written and verbal English communications
•Should be really good and fast at Flash, After Effects, ActionScript, AS2 & AS3
•Should be good at Designing High Quality Banner Ads for overseas clients
•Experience in gaming website will be an added advantage
•Strong knowledge & understanding of OOPs Architecture, AJAX
•Strong knowledge of Creative tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator will be
an added advantage
•Should be able to decide the pattern of creation and complete the given task to
its end


Job Responsibility for Flash Developer:
•Understanding Client's requirements
•Besides being creative, he should also fast and be able meet the quality
standards
•Should be able to create good layouts.
