Dear Candidate

We are looking for Technical Writer:-

This position is responsible for creating sales orders from customer purchase orders. Provides price quotations and completes order sheets.

Primary Duties:

· -Works with ATG order desk to validate all government orders.

· -Ensures that all GSA quotes are complete and accurate.

· -Identifies and resolves order issues via communication with customers and sales.

· -Issues order acceptance confirmations to the reseller.

· -Coordinates issuing PO with Order Quality.

· -Prepares GSA quotes.

· -Prepares GSA filings.

· -Calculates and reviews reseller quarterly reports and follows up with reseller

· -Calculates IFF payments.

· -Authorizes fees paid to resellers.

· -Maintains reseller authorization lists.

· -Works with SKU management to maintain accurate GSA schedules.



Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

· -Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· -Self starter

· -Strong keyboard skills

· -Oracle experience preferred

· -Detail oriented

· -Some knowledge of GSA programs

· -Knowledge of vendor government programs and practices

· -Knowledge of XPM

· Strong technical knowledge in the given field with a good grasp of technical terminology.

· Ability to write in a simple, concise and accurate manner.

· Good research and documentation skills.



The responsibilities of a Technical Writer can include the following

· Prepare catalogs, user manuals and guides, technical help books, online help documents and engineering reports.

· Work closely with Engineers, Scientists, pharma, accountants etc.

· Communicate and interact with actual developers of products.
