Critical Skills required:
Expertise in PHP, MYSQL, JavaScript, Ajax , HTML, CSS etc.
Extensive experience in CMS like Joomla, zencart, Megento, WordPress, Drupal, etc.
Web 2.0 Knowledge including XHTML, CSS, JavaScript
Strong working knowledge of Macromedia Dreamweaver.
good hands on DIV based layout
Good command over written English
