* The candidate should have handled team of more than 5 members

* You should have extensively worked on projects using core PHP / MYSQL, Apache, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML/XHTML, CSS, Smarty and open source technologies
* Extensive experience in CMS like Joomla, OScommece, Magento, Wordpress, Drupal, etc.
* Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Good communication / team handling skills.
* Able to understand project requirements with minimum assistance.
* Client communication and project delivery.
* Ability to work on international projects and interact with international clients.

* The candidate should be dynamic, energetic, enthusiastic and co-operative.

Experience / Qualification Required:
2+yrs experience in managing team.
MCA (with BCA) or BE preferred.
