Job Description:
This position provides general HR support in the areas of recruiting, compensation, training, employee relations, and benefits.
Responsibilities:
You will be required to manage the recruiting process for selected reqs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and closing candidates with a high emphasis on quality. Partnering with the hiring manager, you will facilitate the interviewing process with the local interviewing team include supporting a variety of human resources programs and policies, including new hire inductions, new legislation oversight, support for staff members and HR information systems.
Qualifications:
Experience using multiple recruiting sources, including cold calling Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
0 - 1 years Human Resource experience involving recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
Experience in a software or high tech company preferred.
Strong Microsoft office skills, writing, and facilitation skills required Understanding of employment laws and regulations
Strong written and verbal English language skills required
