Asite is a UK based Global Software as a Service Platform for Supply Chain Collaboration. Asite Solutions Pvt Ltd is a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Asite. The subsidiary has been operational in Ahmedabad since March 2004 and is responsible for development and support of the entire Asite product suite . The subsidiary is a STPI registered 100% Export Oriented unit and already has about 45 software professionals responsible for a wide range of business critical functions like Business Analysis, Technical Architecture, Software Design and Development, Testing, Application Operations and Customer Support.
We are currently hiring for the following position

Position: Customer Support Advisor (2 openings)
Job location: Ahmedabad, India
Job Description: Part of a team responsible for providing technical and functional support to Asite's end users. This is not a call centre but Asite's own customer support desk
Responsibilities:
- Incident Management (Call logging, resolution, escalation etc)
- Phone, email and web-based support
- System Administration
- Provide application related support on usability, functionality or any other issue
- Liaise with client IT teams to resolve any workstation or network issues impacting access to Asite services
- Provide basic training to end users
Desired Profile & Skills:
- Preferably Educated to Degree Level or equivalent
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Good understanding of the Internet and Internet technologies
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and service levels.
- Command over MS Office and Design packages
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in shifts as the team provides 24x7 support
