Job Profile:
Ø Technical Support on web technologies, software applications and IT Products
Ø Guide customer troubleshooting efforts to identify products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in accordance with guidelines.
Ø Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.
Ø Log and sufficiently document all contacts with customers in designated tools.
Ø Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.
Ø Fluency in English is must
