Positions exist at various levels. Should be B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. Graduates, wherever applicable should have good communication skills.
* A decent understanding of XML.
* The ability to navigate through Linux/Unix and perform basic sys admin.
* An understanding of how relational databases work, how to query them, how to make efficient simple queries, how to understand what the database holds, and how to size up the contained data.
* A good chunk of the work will probably be data integration. On the source side, this is usually a database or a web service.
* This means that the source databases might be any type of RDBMS – Oracle, MSSQL, MYSQL, etc.
* Expertise in JAVA/J2EE.
* Experience as a JAVA/J2EE programmer and ability with general JAVA concepts, good programming practices.
* Familiar with the Eclipse IDE or the ability to become very familiar with Eclipse.
* Decent analytic ability.
* The ability to understand analyst workflows.
* The ability to model data in such a way that it enhances the ability of the analysts.
* Knowledge of JSP/Servlets.
* Knowledge of Spring and Hibernate is must.
* Experience with Web services, XML, AJAX highly desirable.
* Knowledge of MVC frameworks a must – SPRING/Hibernate (highly desired).
* Strong OOP concepts, large project experience preferred.
* Good communication skills required.
* Good schooling preferably city bred person.
* Typically possesses 5 to 7 of revelant work experience.
* More than THREE years of working experience with JAVA/J2EE, Servlets, Spring Framework, JSPs, JDBC, JavaScript, HTML;
* Proven working knowledge of the JAVA/J2EE architecture;
* Proven working knowledge of Web Sphere and Eclipse or IBM's Rapid Application Development IDE;
* Proven working knowledge of the Spring and Hibernate Web application;
* Strong Object-Oriented analysis and design skills, including requirements analysis, and UML.​
Required Skills:
* Three years of experience in programming and systems analysis
* 4+​ years of Java/​J2ee
* 1+​ years of JSP
* 1+​ years of Struts
* 1+​ years of Junit
* 1+​ years of Eclipse (or equivalent IDE)
Desired Skills:
* 1+​ years of J Query
* 1+​ years of SQL (oracle preferred)
* 1+​ years of Spring
* 1+​ years of Subversion
* Critical Skills: Core Java and Spring Framework working knowledge is critical. Hibernate, Spring and JBoss a plus
* Preferred Skills : Jasper, JAXB, JQuery, Subversion, Maven, Ajax, Junit, SQL Server or Oracle.
